Job Description:

  • 2+ years of content marketing / blogging experience in the startup environment
  • Work with Marketing / IT in development and enhancement of website content
  • Ability to generate a minimum of one (2000 word) post daily on startup topics
  • Maintain online web pages, marketing collateral and links using WordPress
  • Knowledge of HTML, social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter,Youtube
  • Create content for videos, blog posts, contributed articles, white papers, corporate collateral, website copy, etc

Qualification and Experience:

  • Must be willing and able to work remotely
  • Fluent in English with an outstanding command of the English language
  • College degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or English
  • At least 2 years of experience writing for digital publications with substantial audiences
  • Excellent research, writing, editing, and interviewing skills, and knowledge of SEO
  • Must be able to work quickly under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be willing to adopt and adhere to provided content guidelines/tone/style
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Team oriented, collaborative in nature, and accepting of constructive feedback
  • Ability to be highly productive in an environment with team members working remotely
  • Self­motivated with a strong sense of accountability and time management
