What do you think is necessary to ensure the successful execution of a project?
It is really important to have the right project specifications so that I grasp what the customer wants me to do. In addition, regular interaction with the client is important when asking for more information while you work on the project and for a structured phase of creation.
There was a time where you disagreed with the input from a customer, and how did you cope with it?
It was not necessarily a dispute, but a question of opportunity. That was because a customer asked for a specific feature that was not practical for the platform we were using. I did my homework in order to be able to better demonstrate to the consumer that it could not fit for our instrument and provide alternatives.

We’re usually pressured when things don’t go as they should and when things that need to be done in a rush come up urgently. What I do is spend extra time arranging stuff, prioritizing projects, and looking ahead.

What do you think is necessary to ensure the successful execution of a project?
I think there is a need for consumer communication and team work to successfully execute a project. To make sure that their specifications and desires are fulfilled, you should be able to connect with the customer. If you do not understand or you are unsure about the project, this is also a way for you to explain things. As multiple heads are usually better than one, team work is completely important. When you get lost or ask for how to make your code more effective, it’s always nice to ask your teammates for advice.

I quickly ask for advice from my coworkers to get extra insights anytime I get lost on an issue or can’t work out a way to execute something even after doing a lot of analysis online. If they are not comfortable with the application stack we’re using, I specifically ask the customer for assistance. This way, they become aware of the issue I face and have a suggestion or an opportunity to get around it.
